08:30 am. Visit the Golden Buddha Temple (Wat Trimit) which houses the world’s largest golden Buddha image, now more than 700 years old, it is a valuable historical and priceless treasure of Thailand and Buddhism.
09:30 am. Visit Wat Pho Wat Phra Chetuphon (locally known as Wat Pho) which is famous for the massive ‘Reclining Buddha’ it houses. At 46 meters long and 15 meters high, this gold-plated Buddha image depicts the Buddha’s passing into Nirvana. It is highly ornate and a beautiful buddhist aritefact – genuinely worth seeing. The Buddha’s eyes and feet are decorated with mother-of-pearl and oval carvings in the feet depict the ‘108’ characteristics of Buddha.
10:30 am. Visit the Marble temple Wat Benchamabophit. This is one of the most modern works related to Thai religious architecture. This temple is very famous for its main chapel built using white Italian marble.
13:00 am. Return to Hotel depending on the traffic.
